Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions in St. Louis, MO seeks safety-conscious Class A Linehaul Drivers to transfer freight between customer terminals, hook/unhook trailers, and complete required paperwork. Drivers are home daily with weekends off and a strong work-life balance.

The role requires a valid CDL A, 1+ year of experience, and endorsements (Hazmat/Tanker) or willingness to obtain; pre-employment skills assessment is required. Route: St. Louis to KC, shift 6pm start, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• At least 1 year commercial driving experience.
• Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain; reimbursements may apply.
• Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain; renewals reimbursable.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in past 3 years.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Hook up and haul trailers between customer/terminal locations as directed.
• Ensure shipping documents are DOT compliant and accompany shipments.
• Operate tractor-trailer for long distances; maintain safe operations.
