Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced truck drivers for dedicated long‑haul routes across the United States. You will haul freight, navigate multiple locations, and receive a combination of mileage pay, on‑duty hourly pay, and a weekly guarantee tied to performance, with generous sign‑on bonuses and orientation pay.

You must hold a valid Class A CDL, be willing to fly, have a REAL ID or passport, and operate on night shifts with doubles/triples endorsements.

Overview

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Paid flights to and from destinations.
• Dry van and trailer hauling and unloading Daimler/Freightliner parts.
• 0-100% hand unloads with pallet jack.
• 0-100% drop-and-hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5 loads per week with 1-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Southeast.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
