Job summary

Schneider National in Dallas, TX seeks CDL drivers for dedicated hauling across the country. You will drive dry van freight, perform pallet jack unloads where needed, and handle complex backs on various routes.

Overnight shifts are required on this account, with paid orientation and a comprehensive driver benefits package. You will receive mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, a guaranteed weekly minimum, and sign-on bonuses based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Night driving required on this account.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID or valid passport.

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Operate dry van trailers and load/unload as required (hand unloads with pallet jack).
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and back operations as needed.
• Drive within the Southeast and across the country as assigned.

• Paid flights to and from destinations.
• Dry van and trailer hauling and unloading Daimler/Freightliner parts.
• 0-100% hand unloads with pallet jack.
• 0-100% drop-and-hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5 loads per week with 1-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Southeast.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
