Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated long-haul routes across the United States, including Illinois-based operations. You will haul flooring tile on straight truck flatbeds, load and unload with moffetts, and travel to homeowners, job sites, and businesses.

Offers include paid orientation, PTO after six months, a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, weekly pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage with a 401(k) match.

Job description

Overview

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.
• Paid flights to and from destinations.
• Haul flooring tile on straight truck flatbed.
• Unload freight with moffetts.
• Haul freight directly to homeowners, job sites, businesses, etc.
• 5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
