Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated CDL drivers for a dedicated hauling role that covers travel across the country. You will transport flooring tile on a flatbed, unload with moffetts, and deliver to homeowners, job sites, and businesses.

You must have a valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of experience and be willing to fly, possessing a REAL ID or valid passport. This full-time opportunity includes a broad benefits package and travel-related perks.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.


• Earn at least $1,150 in weekly guarantee pay.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).


• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
