Job summary

Schneider National is seeking intermodal drivers for operations in the Indianapolis area. You will haul 100% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook, and drive in and out of railyards across IA, IL, IN and WI.

Compensation includes mileage and load pay plus hourly on-duty pay, plus a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year, plus a paid orientation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 30 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
