Job summary

Schneider Intermodal is seeking an experienced Intermodal truck driver in the United States. This role moves freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook, across IA, IL, IN and WI from Indianapolis-area origins.

Earn weekly pay with mileage, load and on-duty driving rates, plus a longevity bonus and sign-on incentive. Home time is weekly, orientation is paid, and benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements are strongly preferred.
• Live within 30 miles of Indianapolis, IN.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
