Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Intermodal Truck Driver to haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 90% no-touch freight that is 85% drop-and-hook. You will drive in and out of railyards across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN, with weekly home time.

Average pay is $1,130–$1,390 weekly, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, limited holiday pay, and up to 3% annual bonus. CDL required; tanker preferred and HazMat within 90 days; 50-mile radius from Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement is strongly preferred.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire - Schneider's self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.

Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

Paid orientation.

Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
