Job summary

Schneider National is seeking qualified intermodal drivers to haul freight containers on company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch freight and a mix of drop-and-hook work. Routes include Converse, TX, Houston, TX and Laredo, TX, with strong support from dispatch and maintenance teams.

You’ll receive mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay when on duty but not driving, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement strongly preferred.
• Live within 100 miles of Laredo, TX.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
