Schneider National is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul freight containers within 200 miles of Minneapolis, MN. This role features 100% no-touch freight with many drop-and-hook opportunities.

We offer hourly pay with load pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, time off after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 3% of gross pay. Leading equipment and technology support enhance driver comfort and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) is required.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN.

Overview

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 100% no-touch freight that is 40% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards within 200 miles of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
