Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for intermodal operations around Minneapolis, MN. You will haul containers on company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch freight and opportunities for sign-on bonuses and generous benefits.

This role covers driving within a 200-mile radius of Minneapolis with paid orientation and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Experience with Class A CDL and endorsements is valued; living near Minneapolis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN; minimum 3 months Class A experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
