Universal Logistics Holdings in Newark, NJ seeks Home Daily CDL-A Drivers to join our team. Enjoy a consistent, weekday-focused schedule with early start times and steady year-round freight.

This role includes port work, light-touch freight, and the option of voluntary layovers to fit your needs. You will drive home daily from our Newark terminal, earn pay per move with detention pay after port waits, and receive a full benefits package, holidays, PTO, 401(k) and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in last year.

Responsibilities

• Home daily from Newark, NJ terminal.
• Port work and light-touch freight.
• Monday–Friday schedule (Saturday optional).
• Early day shift starts 5–7 AM with 10–12 hour days.
• Voluntary layovers available.

Pay & Incentives

• Up to $300 per day
• Potential weekly earnings up to $1,500!
• Weekly pay
• Paid per move (step-based pay)
• Detention pay after 2 hours at ports
• Minimum $250/day guarantee for first 2 weeks
