Job summary

All Fleet Inc in Indiana is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with earnings tied to workload.

You will handle heavy towing, winching, and recovery, respond to breakdowns and accidents, work nights and weekends, and maintain clear documentation. Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Responsibilities

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid CDL-A license

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
