Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with material handling equipment.
• Building maintenance experience.
• Strong attendance and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Physically able to lift 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loaders, excavators, and dump truck.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment.
• Ensure forklift operation safety.
• Coordinate and track preventative maintenance.
• Perform building and equipment audits.
• Maintain safety and record keeping.
