Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A driver to transport, remove, deliver, and collect liquid hazardous wastes from various customer sites. You will load/unload trucks and operate equipment including vacuum and box trucks, with tanker and hazmat endorsements required.

You will maintain logs and comply with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires driving in diverse settings, handling paperwork, coordinating with customers, and ensuring on-time deliveries while upholding

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker and hazmat endorsements required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Overtime and weekend work may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading and secure loads per safety rules.
• Operate vacuum, box, and other trucks as needed.
• Perform trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Ensure compliance with all laws on hours of service and safety.
• Document and report any vehicle issues or accidents.
• Communicate with customers and teammates to ensure timely deliveries.
