Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is offering a CDL-A driver training program in Florida designed for new graduates. Trainees ride with an experienced trainer for 4–6 weeks, then move to solo routes with guaranteed weekly pay and take-home options.

Freight is mostly no-touch dry van, with east-of-I-35 routing and live load/unload supported during training. Participants receive pre-employment training pay, orientation coverage, and full medical/dental/vision benefits after completing 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required and a valid DOT medical card.
• Completion of CDL school with at least 120 hours.
• Clean driving history and stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Learn trip planning, backing and maneuvering.
• Handle drop and hook procedures and log book/ELD compliance.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow loads on training routes.
• Transition to solo driving after training with take-home pay options.
