Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A Driver for Davenport, IA. Early morning start, Monday–Friday, home every night and a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus. Primary duties include delivering and unloading food and related products to customers across intrastate/interstate routes, with DOT compliance and safety as top priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• DOT Health Card current or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift/move product cases up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers.
• Operate tractor trailer or straight truck per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre/post trip safety checks and inspections.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Maintain hours of service records and logs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
