Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to service customers in Corpus Christi, TX. You will operate tractor trailer or straight truck, ensuring on-time delivery of food products and maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

The role requires driving experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass screenings. You will engage with customers, manage paperwork, and contribute to a reliable supply chain in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required and driving experience with commercial vehicles.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years and ability to pass background checks.
• DOT Health Card and pre-employment drug screen compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck to customers per schedule.
• Perform safety checks pre/post trip and ensure DOT compliance.
• Interact professionally with customers and vendors; obtain signatures and payments as needed.
• Unload and stage products, assist with loading/unloading as required, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Complete required paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
