Performance Food Group is seeking a delivery driver to service customers in the Natchez, MS area. The role involves operating tractor-trailer or straight trucks, maintaining DOT compliance, and delivering products on time with professional customer interaction.

Requirements include a valid CDL A, a minimum of 12 months driving experience, and the ability to lift heavy items and perform pre/post trip inspections. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12 months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent.
• Valid CDL A.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card.
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspects tractor/trailer and secures freight.
• Delivers orders according to route schedule.
• Unloads products to customer storage areas.
• Completes required paperwork accurately.
• Performs general housekeeping on the dock and trailers.
