Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a delivery driver to support nationwide food distribution from Natchez, MS. You will drive tractor trailer or straight truck on domestic routes, unloading at customer locations and maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

The role requires a CDL A, 12 months driving experience, and a 21+ age; the shift includes 4am–6am dispatch with a focus on accuracy and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 12 months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent.
• Valid CDL A.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs routinely and up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Performs safety checks and DOT compliance inspections.
• Drives to and delivers orders on schedule and unloads products.
• Completes required freight paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintains daily hours of service records per regulations.
• Follows company safety policies andDOT guidelines.
• Reports safety hazards and equipment issues promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
