PAY & DRIVER PERKS

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $1,480 WEEKLY MINIMUM for OTR drivers*
• $0.59 per mile
• $15.75 per stop
• $15.75/hour for delays and other qualifying hourly activities.
• $52.50 layover pay paid as an expense, not taxable income.
• Drop-and-hook paid as one stop: $15.75
• Annual/Quarterly profit-sharing bonus
• HOME WEEKENDS
• Typically 1–2 overnight stays per week
• Some weeks may require up to 4 overnight stays

*Weekly minimum requires drivers to check in and check out with their supervisor daily for any additional work assignments before leaving.

What You'll Do:

As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods using a flatbed truck, or tractor and flatbed trailer. This role involves loading, securing, and unloading cargo, as well as adhering to transportation regulations and ensuring the integrity of the transported items. CDL drivers play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain by delivering a variety of goods, including oversized or unconventional loads.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Preferred:

• 2+ years of CDL driving experience
• 1+ year of flatbed experience
• Experience securing various types of cargo, including large or oversized loads

HOME TIME MATTERS

We know being home matters.

Our drivers are HOME WEEKENDS and typically have only 1–2 overnight stays per week. Depending on business and customer needs, some weeks may require up to four overnight stays.
