Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Flatbed Driver to deliver gas grill cylinders to AmeriGas locations. Load/unload pallets, with possible layovers to meet DOT hours, and maintain communication with the Operations Manager to align on daily activities.

The role requires a valid CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Competitive pay with benefits is offered and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements and clean driving record.
• Regional hauling w/ tractor trailers experience preferred.
• Experience securing loads in both cargo-van and flatbed.
• No more than 3 tickets in 3 years and no accidents in the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver gas grill cylinders to AmeriGas locations by tractor-trailer truck.
• Load and unload pallets of cylinders at district locations and production facility.
• Communicate daily with the Operations Manager about work activities.
