Job summary

Oldcastle APG, part of CRH, is seeking a Driver/Delivery-CDL to deliver products to customers in Texas and beyond. You will operate dump and flatbed trucks, load/unload, and ensure proper placement of materials at job sites.

The role requires a CDL Class A with at least 2 years of commercial driving, ability to complete site paperwork, and adherence to DOT regulations. Teamwork and safety are essential in this outdoor role.

Qualifications

• Previous flatbed and dump truck experience required.
• CDL Class A License with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to complete all required paperwork for job site assignments.
• Meet the DOT federal regulations for certification annually.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with superiors and customers.
• Able to sit, bend, walk, and climb in and out of trucks and Moffett.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from dump trucks or flatbed trucks with Moffett.
• Capable of unloading multiple stop loads.
• Proper placement of materials at job site.
• Identify different types and sizes of material.
• Assist customers and outside vendors with any issues (i.e. matching materials and quantities).
• Keep his/her assigned equipment in proper working condition/clean at all times.
• Understand daily maintenance check sheet; report any concerns to his/ her supervisor.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
