Job summary

The Equity is seeking a Feed Delivery Driver to safely deliver bulk and bagged feed and support daily mill operations. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and dependable customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading trucks, following HACCP and GMP guidelines, and performing daily vehicle inspections while maintaining excellent communication with customers and management. 2nd shift runs 3 pm–11 pm, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois CDL Class A.
• Demonstrates a good driving record.
• Shows self-motivation and team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Follow HACCP guidelines.
• Load feed trucks per customer orders and meet FDA GMP, Feed QA, and plant requirements.
• Deliver bulk and bagged feed to customers.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Inspect and maintain daily truck condition.
• Complete all paperwork daily.
• Assist feed production with cleaning and maintenance as needed.
