Qualifications

CDL-A OTR Team Driver – $1,700–$2,000 Weekly Gross

Bull Run Transportation is IMMEDIATELY HIRING full-time CDL-A OTR Team Drivers out of Kernersville, NC to run FedEx delivery routes.

Pay & Miles

• $1,700–$2,000 average weekly gross
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed minimum to protect your earnings
• 4,700–4,800 miles per week
• Paid weekly via direct deposit
• Quarterly safety bonuses based on 1% of quarterly miles

Route & Freight

• FedEx OTR delivery routes
• Home weekly
• Hub-to-hub dispatch
• Drop-and-hook, no-touch freight
• Undedicated routes; lanes vary based on weekly freight needs
• Flexibility required for varying dispatch times and lane assignments
• Schedules may change based on incoming freight

Terminal: 1544 Old Greensboro Rd., Kernersville, NC 27284

Schedule

Full-Time | 5 Days Out / 2 Days Home

• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Weekend availability required
• Typical dispatch: Around 10 AM
• Typical return: Around 12 PM

Dispatch and return times may vary based on freight and assigned routes.

Equipment

Drive a 2024–2027 Freightliner Cascadia with an automatic transmission and double-bunk sleeper.

CDL-A Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Doubles endorsement required
• Minimum age: 21
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years, OR 6 months with a FedEx-approved driving school
• Valid work history for the past 10 years
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Must pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screen

Intact teams are preferred, but team pairing is available.
