Shieldwall Solutions GA Inc. is hiring professional CDL-A team drivers for established nationwide routes. This is an on-the-road role with four weeks out and one full week home, operating in an OTR team configuration on FedEx Ground routes.

You must hold a valid CDL A, be willing to pair with a co-driver, and meet FedEx Ground driving standards. Doubles/triples endorsement is required or obtainable, with paid orientation and training. Consistent weekly pay and benefits are provided.

$1,800–$2,400 WEEKLY PER DRIVER

$1,800 WEEKLY MINIMUM PER DRIVER | $0.80 CPM SPLIT

The truck parked in Jacksonville. The miles stay consistent. The weekly minimum gives you income you can count on.

Shieldwall Solutions GA Inc., an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring professional CDL-A team drivers for established nationwide routes.

PAY PER DRIVER

• $1,800–$2,400 weekly pay, averaging $2200 weekly per driver
• $1,800 weekly minimum guarantee
• $0.80 CPM split between the team
• Weekly direct deposit
• Consistent, year-round miles

SCHEDULE AND HOME TIME

• Four weeks out
• One full week home
• Equipment based in Jacksonville
• This is an OTR team-driving position

THE OPERATION

• Established FedEx Ground routes
• No-touch freight
• Drop and hook
• Terminal-to-terminal driving
• Consistent nationwide miles
• Professional dispatch support

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Apply with a qualified co-driver or be willing to be matched with one
• Must be able to remain on the road for four consecutive weeks
• Must meet FedEx Ground driving standards
• Must successfully complete a company road test
• Doubles/triples endorsement required or must be willing and able to obtain it
