Red Hawk Trucking seeks an experienced CDL-A flatbed driver for steel hauling, home weekly. You’ll secure pipe, steel and coils and run regional routes across multiple states with weekends at home.

Expect a competitive weekly pay of $1,400–$1,600, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus with $3,500 paid in milestones and a non-taxed per diem of $300 per week. The truck is yours to take home; 34-hour resets and round‑the‑clock support add up to steady work and schedule.

Qualifications

• Age 22 or older and a current Class A CDL.
• 1 year of OTR experience, including at least 6 months of flatbed in the past 5 years.
• Real experience securing pipe and steel with chains, binders, straps and tarps.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Clean DOT drug and alcohol history, plus an agility test at orientation.

Responsabilités

• Haul pipe, steel and building materials with 40–50% tarped loads.
• Regional driving roughly 5 states with home weekends.
• Drive Monday–Friday or Saturday with a 34‑hour reset minimum.
• Use automatic Cascadia or T680 trucks; take the truck home if desired.

Freight and Schedule

Equipment

What You Earn

• Gross pay averages $1,400 to $1,600 a week when you run a full week
• Detention $16 an hour after 2 hours
• $100 a day breakdown pay and $50 a day layover
