Red Hawk Trucking is seeking a CDL-A flatbed Company Driver for steel freight with home weekly. Drivers are paid weekly and can expect a strong sign‑on package and per diem. Equipment is 3 years old or newer, with choices to bring the truck home and riders allowed.

The role emphasizes flatbed experience, steel loads, and consistent weekend home time, with supportive, around‑the‑clock assistance and no forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year OTR experience with flatbed within last 5 years.
• Hands-on experience with pipe and steel, straps, tarps, chains and binders.
• No DUI/DWI in last 5 years and able to pass DOT agilities test.

CDL-A Flatbed Company Driver - Steel Freight - Home Weekly (Full Time)
Job Type: Driving

You have the flatbed miles. We have the steel freight and a truck that is 3 years old or newer. Drivers average $1,400 to $1,600 weekly and most are home every weekend.

Pay and Extras

Your Week

• Most routes stay within about 5 states, with drivers home on weekends


• Out Monday through Friday or Saturday, then a 34 hour reset at minimum


• Stay out longer, earn more: extra days on the road mean more loads and a bigger check


• Steel, pipe and building products, around 40 to 50% tarped

Qualifications

• At least 22 years old with a valid Class A CDL


• At least 1 year OTR, with 6 months or more on flatbed within the last 5 years


• Hands-on experience with pipe and steel, straps, tarps, chains and binders


• Up to 3 moving violations in 3 years, no DUI/DWI in the last 5


• Never failed a DOT drug or alcohol test, and able to pass an agility test
