Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking is seeking a Class A Flatbed Driver to haul pipe and steel loads, home weekly. The role covers 5-state routes with weekend home time, and a 34-hour reset. You’ll earn a weekly gross of roughly $1,400–$1,600, plus per-load and daily incentives, and a sign-on bonus after starting.

Company pays weekly on Fridays and provides benefits. Trucking specifics include modern tractors, tarps and straps handling, and coil experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Class A CDL and be 22 or older.
• At least 1 year of OTR experience, including 6 months of flatbed in the past 5 years.
• Hands-on experience with pipe, steel, tarps, straps, chains and binders.
• Clean DOT drug and alcohol history; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years; agility test at orientation.
• Up to 3 moving violations in 3 years, no major violations.

Class A Flatbed Driver - Pipe and Steel Loads - Home Weekly (Full Time)
Job Type: Driving

Pay and Extras

• Average $1,400 to $1,600 weekly gross for drivers working a full week
• $40 for every tarped load
• After 2 hours at a dock you earn $16 an hour
• Layover pays $50 a day, breakdowns $100 a day
• Weekly pay each Friday, no money held back

Freight and Schedule

• Most routes stay within about 5 states, with drivers home on weekends
• Work week ends Friday or Saturday, and you get at least a 34 hour reset
• Drivers willing to stay out longer haul more loads and earn bigger checks
• Steel, pipe and building products, around 40 to 50% tarped
• Coil experience puts you at the front of the line
