Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking drivers for its Ocala–Palatka area routes. Trainees earn $650 per week during 4–6 weeks of training and are home every two weeks. After training, you’ll receive a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months while solo, plus mileage pay starting at $0.55 per mile, rising to $0.65 with experience.

Expect around 2,500 miles per week in a Dry van with drop-and-hook and live loads. Newer Freightliners with automatic and 10-speed transmissions are used.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years and a valid Class A CDL.
• CDL school minimum 120 hours.
• Trainees welcome; experienced drivers with recent OTR experience preferred.
• Military DD214 considered.

Requirements

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, 120 hours CDL school minimum
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in the past 12 or 12 months in 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
