This fleet operates within an established, high-efficiency freight network. You won't be wasting your time tracking down loads or fingerprinting freight—this is stable, year-round, 100% no-touch drop-and-hook cargo.

Compensation Breakdown

• Consistent Revenue: $1,265 – $1,500 average weekly pay.
• CPM Structure: Competitive mileage pay covering both loaded and empty miles.
• Hourly Protection: $20.00 per hour paid out for detention and unexpected breakdowns.
• Onboarding: Fully paid orientation program to get you rolling seamlessly.

Home Time & Fleet Operations

• Weekly Reset: Predictable regional routing ensures you are home every week for your reset.
• Dispatch Support: Structured dispatch schedules with reliable, driver-focused fleet backing.

What We Look For

• Credentials: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: At least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.

• SAP OK if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion.
