Pay & Benefits

• Target Income: Earn a steady $1,100 – $1,400 per week, with a reliable, year-round freight base.
• All-Mile CPM Pay: Get paid standard mileage rates on all miles—both loaded and empty.

Home Time & Schedule

• Home Weekly: Stay out for 5 to 5.5 days and get home every single week for your reset.
• Quality Resets: Spend a full 34 to 48 hours at home recovering and spending time with family.
• Park at Home: Take the truck home with you during your scheduled home time (where applicable).

Freight & Modern Fleet

• Zero Physical Labor: 100% No-Touch dry van freight.
• Fast Lane Turnarounds: Approximately 70% Drop & Hook to keep your wheels moving and minimize live loading/unloading.
• Premium Equipment: Drive newer, excellently maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models.

Position Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must successfully pass standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screenings.
• SAP OK if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion.
