Job summary

Flint Logistics is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for dry van routes with 100% no-touch freight and majority drop-and-hook. Enjoy home weekly time and consistent schedules across the lower 48 states.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600, plus $1,000 orientation pay and full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance. Modern trucks (2017–2022) with automatics, 24/7 support, and layover pay are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license in state of residence.
• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Current DOT HMR/Physical or assistance with cost of obtaining a new one.
• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A dry van routes across the lower 48 states.
• Consistently meet delivery schedules with no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

This CDL-A truck driver position offers straightforward freight, dependable scheduling, and weekly home time while operating dry van routes across the lower 48.

Home Time: Weekly home time

Compensation: CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay for the first 90 days.

Equipment

Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, subject to availability. Trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and inverter.

Drivers operate throughout the lower 48 states with majority drop-and-hook freight to help minimize downtime. Freight is 100% no-touch.

Orientation
