Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for dry van freight across the Midwest and Eastern United States. You will haul general commodities using Kenworth equipment, with a goal of steady miles and reliable weekly home time.

Job description

Location: Chicago, IL 60601 | Home Time: Home weekly
Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week | Freight: Dry van freight

Easier dry van freight and steady route consistency help provide drivers with dependable mileage and a predictable weekly schedule.

• 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week
• Dry van freight hauling general commodities
• Midwest and Eastern U.S. operating lanes
• Kenworth T680 equipment with driver-focused features

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.

• Guaranteed pay after 30 days
• Paid orientation at $100 per day
• Quarterly raises tied to performance

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Equipment & Freight

Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped for driver comfort and convenience with:

• Automatic transmission
• APU and inverter
• Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release

Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities. Operating lanes run throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established lanes.

Home Time

This position offers home weekly scheduling. Freight availability and route assignments are planned to support regular time at home while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities.
