Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes with steady freight and weekly home time. Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,800 per week, with orientation pay and quarterly raises after 30 days.

You will operate Kenworth T680 tractors on dry van freight across the Midwest and Eastern United States, averaging 2,500–3,000 miles weekly, and benefit from medical and life insurance, paid vacation, and dedicated driver support.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and maintain an acceptable driving history.
• Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred.
• Must meet current DOT medical certification standards.
• Drivers must be able to operate 53' dry van trailers.

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.

• Paid orientation at $100 per day


• Quarterly raises tied to performance

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Equipment & Freight

Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) with driver-focused equipment including:

• Automatic transmission


• APU and inverter


• Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release

Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities. Operating lanes cover the Midwest and Eastern United States.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established lanes.

Home Time

Drivers receive home weekly scheduling. Time at home is planned around route assignments and freight availability while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities throughout the week.
