Job summary

Flint Logistics seeks CDL-A truck drivers for consistent weekly home time and strong pay. You will haul 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 states with ample drop-and-hook opportunities from Minneapolis, MN. Orientation is paid, and full benefits are available.

Expect weekly earnings in the $1,400–$1,600 range, with additional $1,000 orientation pay and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K and more. Trucks are 2017–2022 models with automatics.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• CDL-A license in state of residence.
• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
• Current DOT physical or assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one.

Responsibilities

• Operate throughout the lower 48 states with majority drop-and-hook freight.
• No-loading or unloading required; 100% no-touch freight.
• Maintain safety and compliance while delivering dry van freight.
• Coordinate with orientation and onboarding process.

Easier dry van freight and consistent route flow give CDL-A truck drivers dependable weekly work, regular home time, and pay of $1,400 to $1,600 per week.

This CDL-A truck driver position combines straightforward dry van freight with consistent route flow and weekly home time while operating throughout the lower 48.

Home Time: Weekly home time

Compensation: CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay for the first 90 days.

Equipment: Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, subject to availability. Trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and inverter.
