Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC in the Midwest is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for dry van freight. Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week with guaranteed pay after 30 days and orientation pay. Routes cover the Midwest and Eastern United States with regular weekly home time.

Expect 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week on established lanes. Equipment includes Kenworth T680 tractors with comfort-focused features, automatic transmission, APU, inverter, and in-cab 5th wheel release.

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Chicago, IL 60601 | Home Time: Home weekly
Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week | Freight: Dry van freight

• 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.

• Paid orientation at $100 per day
• Quarterly raises tied to performance

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Equipment & Freight

Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped for driver comfort and convenience with:

• Automatic transmission
• APU and inverter
• Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release

Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities. Operating lanes run throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established lanes.

Home Time

This position offers home weekly scheduling. Freight availability and route assignments are planned to support regular time at home while maintaining consistent mileage opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
