Drivers run established regional freight lanes with a combination of drop-and-hook and limited live unload freight depending on the customer. Loads are planned in advance to help minimize downtime between trips while maintaining steady movement throughout the week. The operation is designed around keeping drivers moving efficiently without constant route changes or unnecessary delays.
Drivers operate on a 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch planning helps create a more predictable routine from one work cycle to the next while supporting steady mileage opportunities throughout regional operations.
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts. Trucks are maintained through regular preventive maintenance scheduling to help reduce downtime and improve reliability on the road.
Drivers average $1,350-$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention compensation is available during qualifying delays. Weekly pay is processed consistently, and drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits after 6 months with the company.
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, load planning, and equipment coordination.
