Drivers operate on a 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Loads are planned in advance to help reduce downtime between trips while keeping weekly miles steady and routes organized from one dispatch cycle to the next.
Freight moves across established regional lanes with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads and limited live unload freight depending on the customer. The no-touch setup helps drivers stay productive throughout the week without spending unnecessary time at docks.
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts to improve comfort on extended runs. Equipment is maintained regularly to help reduce downtime and keep trucks operating efficiently.
Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention pay is available during qualifying delays. Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits become available after 6 months.
Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance support teams assist throughout each trip with load planning and equipment coordination.
