Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional OTR routes with no-touch freight and weekend home time. Trainees earn $800–$900 per week during 5–6 weeks of training, then drivers earn $1,100–$1,700 weekly depending on miles and performance. Orientation is two days with $300 paid after completion.

Most trucks are modern Freightliner Cascadia models. Benefits are provided after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A license required.
• Live within 300 miles of Gary.
• No termination from CDL driving job in last 12 months and at most once in 5 years.
• No major DOT recordable accidents in last five years.
• No more than two moving violations in last two years; no serious violations in last year.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight with regional OTR routes.
• Home every weekend for a 34-hour reset.
• Orientation paid ($300) with two days on-site.
• Salary paid weekly with comprehensive benefits after onboarding.
