Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional OTR routes with weekend home time and a 34-hour reset. Expect no touch freight, with weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,700 based on experience and run pace.

New trainees earn $800–$900 per week during training, with benefits after 30 days. Most trucks are Freightliner Cascadia; orientation is two days with travel paid and a $300 orientation payment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• No touch freight experience is preferred where possible.
• Must reside within 300 miles of Gary, IN.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR van routes per account instructions.
• Home weekends with a 34-hour reset.
• No touch freight with drop & hook or live unload.
• Attend orientation; travel and meals paid during orientation.
