Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring delivery drivers in the United States, Wisconsin region. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no overnights or weekends, averaging about 10–12 hours per day. CDL-A is required, and benefits begin on day one including medical, dental, vision, and family coverage.

Drivers deliver and unload food products, maintain safety checks, and interact with customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries as part of a reliable food distribution team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• Able to lift and handle freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspects tractor/trailer meets safety standards.
• Reports safety issues and repairs.
• Follows DOT regulations and company driving guidelines.
• Delivers and unloads products to customers per route.
• Completes required freight paperwork accurately.
• Secures equipment and trailers after shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
