Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking delivery drivers to support America’s food distribution system. Drivers operate tractor trailers or straight trucks, delivering food products to customers with safety and reliability as priorities.

The role involves daily routes, no overnights, and a Monday–Friday schedule with start and end times varying. Benefits start Day 1, including medical, dental, and vision plans, with potential for family coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and DOT inspections.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company driving guidelines.
• Deliver and unload goods to customers on schedule.
• Obtain signatures and collect payments when required.
• Secure equipment and complete paperwork daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
