Cox Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a CDL A Driver - Vehicle Porter to join our Shop Team, supporting the growth of a nationwide mobile and center-based fleet maintenance operation.

You will shuttle vehicles, pick up parts, and deliver excellent service while contributing to shop goals and safety standards. This role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong communication, and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with related field experience.
• CDL A license required with 1–3 years driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle heavy equipment.
• Strong map/GPS reading and navigation skills.
• DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle commercial vehicles between our shop and customers; be home every evening.
• Pick up and deliver parts from local stores to the maintenance shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts.
• Contribute to maintenance shop goals and safety compliance.
• Attend management meetings as requested; perform other duties as needed.
