Cox Fleet is recruiting a CDL A Driver - Vehicle Porter to support the Shop Team in Wisconsin. The role involves shuttling vehicles to and from the shop, delivering parts, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must have a CDL-A, 1–3 years driving experience, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. DOT regulatory compliance and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license required.
• 1–3 years of CDL driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and maneuver heavy equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle commercial vehicles to be repaired or post repairs between our maintenance shop and customers in the surrounding area – be home every evening.
• Pick up and deliver parts from local parts stores/distribution centers back to our maintenance shop.
• Provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond customers' expectations.
• Contribute to achievement of Maintenance Shop department goals and objectives.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Attend management meetings when requested.
• Other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.
