Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking qualified truck drivers to operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on OTR routes. The role includes live load/unload, adherence to DOT regulations, and maintaining accurate logs. You will enjoy a steady weekly mileage and regular home time, with training and mentorship as needed.

New CDL-A holders are welcome, with guaranteed support through training, prior to solo operation. Benefits and a strong driver community are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
• 21 years or older; clean MVR and background check.
• Hair and urine drug screening required.
• 6+ months verifiable solo experience or new CDL-A holders welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer for OTR routes with live load/unload.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain logbooks according to DOT rules.
• Deliver freight on steady weekly mileage with regular home time.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and route planning.

Job description

Valdosta drivers, forget \"up to\" numbers that never actually show up on a paycheck. This one guarantees $1,000 a week for your first three months solo, in writing, before you even start.

Money

• $1,400 to $1,800/week average once solo, OTR pay package
• $1,000/week guaranteed for your first 3 months post-solo
• Performance bonus on top
• $75 plus mileage for short hauls, $15 stop pay

Getting Started

• Guaranteed weekly pay while you train
• Ride with a mentor one-on-one during training
• Move to full solo pay the day training wraps
• 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school required

Freight & Route

• Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
• Consistent weekly mileage

Home Time

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night dispatch
• Weekends worked, holidays are volunteer only

Requirements

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months verifiable solo experience
• Teams and owner operators welcome
• Valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, 21 or older
