Job summary

American Driver is seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for over-the-road routes with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

New drivers can expect a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,000 during the first 3 months post-solo, followed by an average weekly pay between $1,400 and $1,800 with solo OTR runs. Short haul pay and performance bonuses are also available.

Job description

Most new drivers spend their first three months on the road worried about one thing: what happens if the freight slows down. Here, that question is already answered, $1,000 a week is locked in no matter what.

Money

• $1,400 to $1,800/week average once solo, OTR pay package
• $1,000/week guaranteed for your first 3 months post-solo
• Performance bonus on top
• $75 plus mileage for short hauls, $15 stop pay

Freight

• Mixed lanes and customers
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
• Steady weekly mileage

  Training Path

  • Guaranteed weekly pay while training, no exceptions
  • Mentor rides with you one-on-one
  • Straight to solo pay once training's done
  • 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school to start

  Schedule

  • Home every two weeks
  • Day and night dispatch
  • Weekends worked, holidays are volunteer only
