Job summary

NIS EXPRESS seeks experienced CDL professionals to train new drivers on a Western regional fleet. You will mentor learners, manage routes that are typically two days or less, and support first‑year pay guarantees as you build experience.

Expect to operate across 11 Western states, with home time every two weeks and rider/pet policies after training. The role blends hands‑on training with steady pay and clear performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited school.
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years, pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Train new CDL holders and mentor drivers during the Western regional routes.
• Keep most loads to 2 days or less and coordinate efficient trip planning.
• Operate in the Western states and ensure on‑time delivery and safety compliance.
