Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet eligibility requirements in company policy.
• Ability to load/unload and deliver products as ordered.
• Read and comprehend labels, instructions and bills of lading.
• Perform calculations to verify quantities.
• Communicate with customers, management and teammates.
• Safe operation of tractor-trailer and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor and attach trailer, secure lines.
• Operate truck safely per regulations and policies.
• Inspect equipment pre/post trip and report conditions.
• Use Driver Delivery Handheld and document deliveries.
• Train with Driver Trainer to learn routes and driving regulations.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations.
• Assist in unloading and delivering product to customers.
• Provide on-time, undamaged deliveries and handle customer credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
