Main Hub / Dispatch Location Terre Haute, IN - dedicated dispatches launch from the local hub (servicing Midwest, TX, FL, GA, TN, and CO lanes).

Pay Details & Incentives

• $1,450 average weekly gross ($75,000 - $85,000 yearly baseline)
• $1,600+ top weekly earning potential for high-mileage runners
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (first $500 paid right on load #1)
• $0.54 to $0.60 CPM (scaled directly by your driving experience)
• $15 per stop & $100 layover compensation
• $15/hr detention pay after standard dock waits

Route & Cargo Setup

• 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week across steady regional routes
• Average of 2 to 3 stops per load
• No physical freight hauling: Store teams handle all offloading - your only responsibility is unhooking load bars and securing trailer straps
• Operations require flexibility for day, night, and weekend dispatch windows

Home Time & Scheduling

• Bi-weekly home resets (out 14 days, home for a full 2-day reset)
• Bank your time off: Stay out longer to accumulate 1 day of home time for every 7 days on duty

Driver Requirements
